A lot of my patients always ask me about their posture. Contrary to popular belief I do not go around assessing posture all day. Yes, I notice things that most people don't but I am not a posture snob. LOL! I'm a sloucher we all are. This book breaks that down and gives us an understanding of why we slouch and why we have back pain. A lot of it is learned and has become habit but there is hope for those who want to improve.
